For Uniqlo’s opening of their Global Flagship Store on 5th Avenue in New York City, we were tasked with spreading the word out in 3 distinct phases over the course of 3 months. It began with the teaser phase, then product promotion, and finally launching with a hand picked casting of New Yorkers and influencers adding value to the cultural fabric of the City. A few of those people were actors Susan Sarandon, Laura Linney, Momofuku chef David Chang, jazz musician Esperanza Spalding, and Tumblr founder David Karp.
The campaign’s large media buy lived throughout the New York City transit system, blending seamlessly into every New Yorkers’ daily life. It was also the largest building wrap I have ever created to date.
